Payment Options
We accept payment by card, UPI, bank transfer as well as PayTM and PhonePe
We also provide partial COD in orders where customisation isn't involved.
Return Policy
We do not provide returns unless a product is received in a damaged condition, in which case a refund will be made provided that we receive a clear unboxing video.
Shipping Details
We ship all orders via Shiprocket within 5-7 days in case of customised products and 3-5 days in case of all other products unless there is a special request involved.
Customisation
Personalisation for all products is done in-house by our team. This includes the designing, printing and making of all products labeled Handmade.
Pricing
The pricing for our gift boxes depends entirely on the products selected for the gift box and the extent of customisation requested.

For our gift boxes, we offer a mix of products from handmade one-of-a-kind items from small businesses to items from well-known brands that we all know and love.
